(Step 1st)
1 click on search and type run
2 type mmc
3 click on file then click add/Remove Snap-in
4 Now double click on Group policy object then click on finish
5 click on ok
6 click local computer policy
→Then click user configuration
→Then click Administrative Templates
→Then click Windows components
→After click Windows components click on Windows update
7 Now dubble click Configure Automatic Updates and click Disabled if you want otherwise click Enabled then apply setting and clickon ok

1 Open run and type services.msc
2 dubble on click windows update then select disabled setting apply setting and then ok
