BUSINESS ACCOUNT UPGRADE

In order to improve experience of our business account holders,
JazzCash is planning an upgrade in the system due to which there
will be a planned system upgrade activity in April.


COMPLETION OF

ACTIVITY

Once the planned upgrade activity is complete, you will receive an SMS with your temporary MPIN that you can use to access your upgraded account. 

Your upgraded USSD code will now be *800#

SETTING UP NEW MPIN (USSD FLOW)


The user receives an SMS which contains the Temporary MPIN.



The user dials *800# which asks the user to enter the MPIN already sent in the SMS.




The user enters the MPIN from SMS and then he/she is prompted to set up a new MPIN.




The user re-enters the MPIN to confirm.


Once confirmed, the USSD menu opens up.





Setting  up New MPIN  (BUSINESS APP FLOW)

Download the new JazzCash Business App by scanning the above QR.


Enter your business account number and press continue


You will then receive an OTP via SMS, which will be auto fetched. Please note that this OTP is highly confidential and is not to be shared with anyone. Failure to ensure its safety will result in your account being misused by fraudulent properties






Now tap on “Enter Temporary MPIN” and enter your temporary MPIN received earlier via SMS. if you can not receive then click on Resend


Enter a new MPIN, here you are creating a new MPIN for your future transactions via JazzCash 
Business App.




Re-enter newly created MPIN. At this point you will see success notification which will confirm that you  have successfully created your new MPIN.

The setup for your Upgraded JazzCash Business Account is now complete.
